Saatveek Wellness Center – Policies

Saatveek Wellness Center is a residential holistic retreat designed to restore balance of body, mind, and soul. Guests are expected to actively participate in their personalized wellness journey and respect the peaceful environment.

Entry is restricted to registered in-house guests only.

Outside visitors are not permitted during the stay.

Guests are encouraged to remain within the premises for complete immersion.

Booking confirmation requires advance payment

Full payment to be completed before arrival

Taxes will be applicable as per government norms

Cancellation Policy

15+ days before arrival: No cancellation charges

7–15 days: 50% charge

0–6 days / No-show: 100% charge

Only pure vegetarian Saatveek meals are served.

Meals are customized based on Ayurvedic consultation.

Outside food, packaged snacks, and stimulants are not allowed.

Caffeine (tea/coffee) is restricted; herbal alternatives are provided.

Meals are served only in designated dining areas (no room service).

Alcohol and intoxicants are strictly prohibited.

Smoking allowed only in designated areas.

Violation will attract penalties and possible eviction .

To enhance inner healing:

Use of mobile phones, laptops, and gadgets is restricted in common areas

Guests are encouraged to disconnect digitally and reconnect internally

Photography or recording in common wellness spaces is not permitted .

Minimum age for independent stay: 18 years

Guests aged 14–18 allowed only with parents/guardians.

Treatments for minors require written consent .

Mandatory wellness consultation on arrival

Guests must disclose medical history before check-in.

Treatments are customized based on individual health assessment.

The center reserves the right to deny or modify treatments for safety.

To maintain a peaceful environment:

Silence and mindful behavior must be maintained

Loud music, disturbances, or disruptive behavior is not allowed.

Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave in case of violations.

Standard occupancy: 2 guests per room

Extra beds/mattresses are not provided

Pets are not allowed

CCTV surveillance in public areas.

Fire and medical safety protocols in place.

Guests are responsible for personal belongings.

Emergency assistance available 24/7.

Saatveek follows eco-conscious practices:

Water conservation & minimal wastage

Natural, chemical-free products usage.

Respect for nature and surroundings.

Guests participate in wellness activities at their own discretion

Management is not liable for personal injuries due to undisclosed conditions

Loss/damage to property will be chargeable
